                        in Cairo 1922, daughter of Mr Habib Gorgy, chief inspector 
                        of art, at the Ministry of education, an exponent of a 
                        progressive school in art education. Founder of the Watercolour 
                        Painting Society in Cairo. Founder of a school for children's 
                        art called, "the, Spontaneous Child Art", where 
                        more than twenty boys and girls participated in his sculpture 
                        experiment. |
